Welcome to Humanize AI. These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Humanize AI website and the AI text humanizer tool available at img.a8h.net (the "Service"), which is operated by Humanize AI LLC ("Humanize AI," "we," "us," or "our"). The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account creation or registration.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

2. Description of Service

Humanize AI provides a free, web-based AI text humanizer tool that transforms AI-generated text into more natural, human-like writing. The Service offers the following features:

• Conversion of AI-generated text into human-like text with natural language variations.
• Support for over 100 languages.
• Document upload functionality supporting TXT, DOC, DOCX, and PDF file formats.
• An optional Advanced Mode designed to reduce AI detection scores for tools such as GPTZero, Turnitin, and Originality.ai.
• An AI detection score estimate, powered by aidetector.com, indicating the likelihood that the output may be flagged as AI-generated.
• Copy and export functionality for humanized text output.

The Service is provided at no cost. No account creation, registration, or payment information is required to access or use the core functionality. We may introduce additional features, limitations, or paid plans in the future, which will be governed by separate terms if applicable.

3. Use License

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Humanize AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute access to the Service to any third party.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
• Use automated systems, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access or extract data from the Service, except as explicitly authorized by us.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained within the Service or the output it generates.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all text, documents, and other content that you submit, upload, or input into the Service ("User Content"). You are also responsible for how you use the output generated by the Service. Specifically, you agree to:

• Ensure that you have the legal right to submit any User Content to the Service and that doing so does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
• Verify the accuracy, appropriateness, and legality of all output before using, publishing, or distributing it. The Service may alter the meaning, tone, or substance of your input, and you bear full responsibility for reviewing the results.
• Use the output in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies, including but not limited to academic integrity policies, workplace rules, and terms of service of any platforms where the output may be published.
• Not submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information and avoid submitting content that contains personal data, trade secrets, or confidential business information, as the Service is not designed to process or safeguard such information.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Engaging in academic dishonesty, including but not limited to submitting humanized AI text as your own original work in violation of academic integrity policies of schools, universities, or educational institutions.
• Creating or distributing fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content intended to defraud or harm any person or entity.
• Generating content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Infringing upon or misappropriating the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Introducing or attempting to introduce any virus, malware, trojan horse, worm, or any other malicious code into the Service.
• Using the Service to generate content for the purpose of spamming, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
• Using the Service in any manner that could reasonably be expected to disrupt, disable, or impair the Service or the experience of other users.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security-related features of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Service, including by blocking IP addresses, if we believe you have violated these prohibited use provisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and all other content (excluding User Content), is owned by Humanize AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Humanize AI" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Humanize AI LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Humanize AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, transmit, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and we do not claim ownership of the output generated from your User Content.

We do not permanently store your User Content or output beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the Service and maintain the security and integrity of our systems. Your text is processed securely and is not retained for training or other purposes beyond the scope of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUMANIZE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE HUMANIZED OUTPUT WILL SUCCESSFULLY BYPASS ANY OR ALL AI DETECTION TOOLS, INCLUDING GPTZERO, TURNITIN, ORIGINALITY.AI, OR ANY OTHER DETECTION SERVICE.

The AI detection score provided by the Service is an estimate only and is powered by a third-party service (aidetector.com). We make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of this score. AI detection results may vary significantly depending on the detection tool used, its configuration, and other factors beyond our control.

You use the Service and rely on any output entirely at your own risk. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be effective or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HUMANIZE AI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Because the Service is provided free of charge, the total aggregate liability of Humanize AI for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, which is zero dollars ($0.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You acknowledge that the Service is provided without charge as a convenience, and that the absence of any fee is a material basis of the limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Humanize AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your User Content or the output generated from it.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property rights.
• Any consequences arising from your use or distribution of the output generated by the Service.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. You may not settle any matter without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective upon your first use of the Service and remain in effect until terminated. You may stop using the Service at any time. Because the Service does not require account creation, termination is accomplished simply by discontinuing use.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the sections on Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You and Humanize AI agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply to these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
